From your specification to delivery

    Specification

    You send size, quantity, material, print and the date you need it. We confirm anything missing.

  2. 02

    Supplier comparison

    Prices and options from suppliers, quoted against the same specification.

  3. 03

    Sample

    A sample of the agreed version. Production starts after you approve it.

    Daily contact with the factory, with updates to you while the order runs.

    A pre-shipment check against the approved sample, then shipping.

A real check

Handles too weak for the contents

At a pre-shipment check, the handles on one order proved too weak for what the bags had to carry. We had the supplier fix them before the goods left the factory.
